Since we are going through the era of the boyish minimalism, after last season's man-repelling flats, oversized sweaters are the next big thing. All girls - myself included - are crushing over big, comfy knits, a3s the first thing crossing our minds is that now we have the excuse we've been always looking for to borrow from our boyfriends' closets (and most likely keep them forever).

The ideal look consists of oversized knits, wide-leg pants or for the more daring ones; culottes and maxi skirts. So, my advice? Sit back and enjoy the season's comfort - it might not last for long.

After my love affair with anything girly and cute during summertime, my latest crush is over anything clean-cut and wide. The shift towards minimalism is not something new for me; I've tried it many times in the past, although my mixing and matching skills over-ruled my image. Nowadays though, I've been finding it quite hard to resist to pure simplicity and clear lines - and that's exactly why you'll be seeing more of it in the following posts.

Less is more. It has always been "more" and will always be. It's just too cool for school in such a subtle way. It has nothing to prove about yourself, yet it proves so much. And THAT is cool.

My advice these days? Splurge on pieces that are timeless and wearable at all times.

While you're following our #Summer2014 adventures via instagram (@nat_twinfashion & @nef_twinfashion), it's a fact that fall is just around the corner (I know you don't wanna hear about it, but it is true) and Nat & I are going to start showcasing our favourite AW14 trends, just to get you familiar with the new season's must-haves.

On a recent shopping excursion, this JW Anderson holey wool set from the Pre-Fall collection caught my eye. I was already on my Stan's, so I decided to try it on immediately and check the result in the dressing room mirror. Needless to say I wanted to walk out of the store in the middle of August and catwalk down the street - and as you can see in the pictures, that is exactly what I did.

Bottom line, the sensation I got once I had these holey items hugging my body was inconceivable. I found my (first) ideal match for this Fall and I couldn't be happier. The best part is that the items can be worn separately and look equally trendy -  the jumper would be perfect with some leather skinnies & a pair of chunky ankle boots, don't you think?
